How the form is delivered
Consultation requests are sent to Jax IT Consulting through its configured email service. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver the website and messages. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive client records or other confidential material through the form.
Technical information
The website uses temporary request counters to reduce form abuse. Where the hosting proxy is configured for it, a hashed network address is used for rate limiting. Hosting providers may also keep operational and security logs. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Retention and questions
Inquiry details may remain in the business email system while the inquiry or resulting relationship is being handled. To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact contact@jaxitconsulting.com. Any applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect a deletion request.
