Here’s what businesses usually ask before we get started.
We review your users, devices, locations and service requirements before making a recommendation. These plans are starting points; the final proposal defines your services and any add-ons.
Each existing plan requires at least five users. All three use monthly per-user billing and require a one-time setup fee. Enhanced and Ultimate setup terms cover deployment at a single location.
Microsoft 365 backup and email archiving are included in every plan. Tenant management is a separate optional service. We will explain any licensing and management costs in your proposal.
The published plans list discounted consulting or hourly rates, not unlimited support. Your recommendation will clearly state support scope, rates and any additional services.
