What is managed IT?
Managed IT gives your business an ongoing partner for technology operations. We coordinate monitoring, maintenance, security and planning, with services defined in your agreement.
Do you work onsite?
Yes. We are based in Jacksonville and provide both remote and onsite service. We use remote support when it is efficient and arrange onsite work when your environment needs it.
Do you support Microsoft 365?
Yes. We manage Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, users, collaboration, identity and security. Backup and email archiving are included in our existing managed IT plans; tenant management is scoped separately.
Do I need a long-term contract?
We offer flexible monthly service rather than requiring long-term lock-in. Your proposal explains the scope, setup fees, billing and cancellation terms before you commit.
Can you work with an existing internal IT person?
Yes. Co-managed IT complements your internal team. We agree on responsibilities so your team can keep control while getting help with specific systems, projects or ongoing operations.
What size businesses do you support?
We work with small and midsize businesses. Our current managed IT plans start at five users. We recommend a scope based on your people, locations and technology needs.
Do you provide cybersecurity services?
Yes. We address identity, email, endpoints, networks, patching, backups and employee awareness. We recommend security controls based on your environment and include the agreed services in your scope.
Do you support businesses outside Jacksonville?
Remote service can support businesses outside Jacksonville. Onsite availability depends on your location and requirements; we will discuss coverage during your consultation.
